About the role
Elite Trades Australia is looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Junior Administration Assistant to join our growing office team in Laverton North.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in administration. You'll work alongside our experienced team, assisting with daily office tasks, customer communication and scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Make outgoing calls to customers to confirm appointments and follow up on jobs.
- Assist our scheduling team with organising and confirming bookings.
- Support office staff with general administration and daily tasks.
- Update customer information and job details in our systems.
- Assist with emails, paperwork, data entry and filing.
- Communicate with customers and tradespeople regarding job updates.
- Help keep the office organised and running smoothly.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a friendly, positive attitude and is willing to learn.
- Is confident speaking with customers over the phone.
- Has positive communication and basic computer skills.
- Is organised, reliable and pays attention to detail.
- Can follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
- Enjoys working in a team and helping others.
- Has previous administration or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
