The Food & Beverage Attendant - Room Service tailors each guest's experience to their unique tastes, creating memorable moments in line with the InterContinental Service Standards. We are seeking a Part time Food & Beverage Attendant with weekday availability, who can work a minimum 20hrs per week with he ability to confidently deliver unforgettable experiences. This role requires a warm welcome,



inspired recommendations, and seamless service.
A little taste of your day-to-day:

- Provide exceptional in-room delivery of food and beverage experiences
- Respond to guest calls and enquiries promptly, professionally, and with genuine care
- Take, manage, and process cash and credit transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard, highlighting promotions where appropriate
- Set up, stock, and maintain your workstation, ensuring all supplies are replenished and equipment is fully operational
- Set up and pack down the venue/outlet
