Customer Service Representative – On the Road

Tullamarine | Monday–Friday | $30.90/hr permanent or $38.63/hr casual + bonuses

Enjoy a regular weekday routine , familiar customers and a role that keeps you moving.

Based at our Tullamarine depot , you’ll drive an automatic lunch van on your own regular route, selling fresh food and drinks to customers at workplaces across the area.

What’s on offer?

- Monday–Friday only – no nights or weekends
- Start at 6am and finish generally between 2–3pm
- $30.90/hr permanent + super , or $38.63/hr casual + super , including casual loading
- Ongoing full-time hours with a set daily routine
- Uncapped sales bonuses , paid fortnightly, plus exciting supplier incentives

Your day on the road

Start at the depot, load your van with fresh food and drinks, then head out to your regular workplace stops.

You’ll serve customers, recommend products, promote specials and process payments while keeping your stock organised and your run on schedule. Friendly, efficient service and building relationships are a big part of the role.

Driving makes up a substantial part of every shift , with frequent stops, reversing and parking at warehouses, factories,



work sites and offices. You’ll be getting in and out of the van and serving customers in different weather conditions.

After your final stop, return to Tullamarine to unload, complete stock counts and cash up before finishing for the day.

What you’ll need

- A current full Victorian driver licence – no P plates
- Safe, confident driving skills and comfort driving an automatic van
- Friendly, efficient face-to-face customer service
- Reliable attendance and availability Monday–Friday from around 6am
- Confidence working independently , handling payments and managing stock
- Motivation to sell, learn your route and build your earnings

New to lunch van sales? We’ll train you. Experience in retail, hospitality, cafés or another busy customer service role is a great starting point.
