Mallee Track Health and Community Service is seeking a Rural Outreach Worker to provide person-centred, non-clinical support to individuals experiencing vulnerability, social isolation or difficulty accessing services in the Ouyen region. The role focuses on short-term assistance, service navigation, and referrals rather than counselling or ongoing case management.
Work is part time (36 hrs/week) under the Community Care department, with responsibilities including program delivery, collaboration
