HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable Production Operator/Spray Painter to join a manufacturing environment based in Cowra, NSW. This is a hands‑on production role involving industrial spray painting, paint booth maintenance and general assembly tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous spray painting or manufacturing experience and MUST hold a current forklift licence. Days: Monday to Friday Start Time: Flexible – 5:00am, 6:00am or 7:00am Pay Rate: $34.32 plus loading

Key Duties:

- Industrial spray painting
- Paint booth cleaning and maintenance

- Following workplace procedures and safety requirements

About You:





- Current LF forklift licence – essential
- Previous industrial spray painting experience preferred
- Manufacturing or production experience highly regarded
- Positive attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available Monday to Friday
