Logistics & Warehouse Officer – Afternoon Shift – Immediate Start

Location: Dandenong South, VIC

Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate

About the Role

Your Crew is seeking an experienced Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator to join our client's manufacturing operation based in Dandenong South.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in logistics, dispatch and administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Working closely with warehouse, production and transport teams, you will play an important role in ensuring orders are picked and checked accurately, deliveries are coordinated efficiently, and daily dispatch operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatch operations and organise outgoing deliveries.
- Pick, check and verify orders to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
- Process customer orders and prepare accurate dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate drivers, deliveries and collection schedules.
- Complete computer-based administration, data entry and record keeping.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.




- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Liaise with customers, drivers and internal teams regarding orders and deliveries.
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies and dispatch issues.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Essential: Previous experience in logistics, dispatch or a similar role.
- The ability to safely lift and handle items weighing 10–15 kg as part of your daily duties
- Experience in picking, checking and verifying orders before dispatch.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse or distribution environment.
- Good computer skills, including data entry and order processing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- A reliable, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
