Kitchen Steward

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Stewards for full time positions to join our renowned restaurants at Crown Sydney.

In this role, you’ll help maintain the highest standards in our back‑of‑house kitchen operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for service. This is a hands‑on role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced setting and take pride in supporting a team. You must have valid work rights and be available to work across a 24/7 roster. Contract: Full‑time, permanent. Hours: 7‑8 hour shift, rotating 24/7 roster. Location: Crown Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities

- Operating commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Organising and manually cleaning kitchen equipment, polishing surfaces, and storing utensils and cookware.
- Clearing rubbish bins and removing waste from floors and work surfaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

About you

- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and cleaning duties.
- Have relevant experience in a similar environment.
- Can follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexible with rotating roster.
