Bendigo Ford is seeking a bright, bubbly and organised Receptionistto join our friendly and fast-paced team. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you'll play an integral role in both the front-of-house experience and the smooth running of day-to-day operations across the dealership.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Greet customers and visitors with a professional, friendly attitude
- Complete efficient and accurate data entry
- Register and transfer vehicles via VicRoads systems
- Liaise with the sales department to complete paperwork
- Track and enter demo vehicles into internal systems
- Process invoices to third parties
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
- Conduct banking tasks and shopping required
- Track, order and maintain showroom supplies
- Maintain the general appearance of the customer waiting area




- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and internal teams

Qualifications and Experience:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of people
- Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office (training provided on in-house systems)
- Proven ability to multi-task, stay organised and manage time effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
