Job Description

Role Overview Work between Port Kembla and Shellharbour We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As the face of our bakery, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace making Coffees.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service. Assist customers in selecting baked goods and answer any inquiries about products. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area. Restock shelves and ensure displays are visually appealing. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- Requirements Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Barista experience.
