Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for real estate? We’re on the hunt for a Listing Administrator to join our high performing team on the Gold Coast.

In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with a team of successful sales agents and be part of a supportive administration team known for delivering exceptional service and fostering a strong team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Preparing Form 6s, contracts and REIQ-approved documents
- Ensure compliance across all listing documentation
- Managing database entries and CRM updates
- Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors and agents throughout the sales process
- Support with auction bookings and liaising with auctioneer
- Managing online portals and property listings
- General administrative and ad-hoc support across the sales process

Bonus Experience (Not Required):

- Familiarity with Vault CRM / NurtureCloud / Realworks
- Confidence using Canva for marketing material

About You:

- Prior real estate experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Immaculate presentation and a professional, can do attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
