CEHL is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Victoria. This part time, parental leave cover role supports managers and staff with HR guidance, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and payroll liaison.

You will oversee HRIS and performance records, stay updated on Fair Work rules, NES changes, and maintain confidentiality while working with internal and external stakeholders.
