Gre8 is seeking a School Based Regional Manager to oversee around 12 school sites in the East and South region. You will be the primary point of contact for schools, host sites, supervisors, trainees and families, and you will lead the site supervisors who run day‑to‑day operations.
This hands‑on leadership role focuses on building supervisor capability, ensuring protected, compliant workplaces, keeping trainees engaged with meaningful commercial work, and supporting every young person to succeed.
