The Salvation Army Australia is seeking an Aged Care Centre Manager for Bethesda Aged Care Centre in Rockhampton. You will lead the centre’s operations, ensuring compliant, person-centered care and robust financial performance, supported by the Clinical Care Coordinator and a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include unrestricted RN registration (AHPRA), demonstrated financial management, and capability to lead staff while upholding standards and regulatory guidelines.
