FIFO: Open to candidates ready to FIFO from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane

Key Responsibilities

- Extract, consolidate, validate, and reconcile data from multiple enterprise systems including SAP, SharePoint, Excel, project management, and engineering platforms.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, management scorecards, and performance reports .
- Analyse operational, project, financial, resource, quality, and schedule data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes using Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and other digital tools .
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting standards, governance,



and create a reliable single source of truth.

Required Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel – Power Query, Pivot Tables, Data Models; VBA desirable.
- Power BI – Data Modelling, DAX, dashboard development, and KPI reporting.
- SAP reporting and data extraction with experience working across enterprise systems.
- Robust data analysis, data integration, reconciliation, and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
