Independent Brands Australia (IBA) is seeking a commercially minded Loyalty Operations Manager based in Sydney. You will lead loyalty reporting across five banners, drive campaign execution, and partner with CRM, Technology, and Data teams to optimise member engagement and retailer participation.

You will manage a small team, monitor program integrity, and support the loyalty roadmap, delivering measurable commercial outcomes for independent retailers across Australia.
