Job Summary

Position: UX/UI Designer / Product Designer

Location: Sydney (Hybrid Working Model)

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities:

- Frame problems using research, data, analytics and stakeholder input.
- Own projects from brief to delivery: discovery, user flows, site maps, sketches, wireframes, prototypes and interface design.
- Plan and run usability testing and translate findings into defensible design decisions.
- Map user journeys and information architecture for complex sites and products.
- Design with accessibility in mind and build to WCAG standards.
- Collaborate with PPC, CRO and SEO teams to build conversion‑focused landing pages and websites.
- Work closely with internal development team and understand technical realities.
- Further develop design knowledge, experiment with current tools, ideas and processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 6+ years in digital design, mostly UX‑focused work.
- Experience in user research and usability testing.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, including prototyping and design systems.




- Confidence presenting and justifying design decisions to clients and internal teams.
- Excellent eye for detail and quality in layout and typography.
- Comfort with analytics and behavioral data such as GA4, Hotjar.
- Experience writing design documentation and system guidelines.
- Proactive with initiative and time management, able to run multiple projects.
