Perth Markets Group Limited is an unlisted public company, property owner, manager and developer responsible for the iconic Perth Markets and Market City precinct.

With a history dating back to 1897, the Perth Markets plays a critical role in Western Australia's food supply chain, supporting a diverse group of tenant businesses involved in the wholesale fresh produce trading, retailing, business services and weekend consumer markets.

Located on a 51-hectare site in Canning Vale, the precinct is home to more than 100 tenants occupying approximately 93,000 square metres of industrial, retail and commercial office space, making it one of the State's most unique and diverse property portfolios.

The opportunity:

- Take full management responsibility of a diverse property portfolio (low vacancy, quality tenants).
- Work client side for asset owner with opportunity to influence decisions
- Engage directly with tenant owners
- Supported by Assistant Property Manager and in-house facilities team
- Reporting to the Chief Property Officer working closely with senior leaders across internal teams
- Options to broaden skills and influence outcomes

This role offers genuine variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work across leasing, tenant management, reporting, portfolio optimisation and strategic property projects.

You are an experienced property professional who enjoys building long-term relationships, solving complex challenges and delivering results. You bring a calm,



professional and solution‑focused mindset, strong organisational skills and the confidence to engage and manage tenants and complex property matters.

Responsibilities

- Managing a diverse commercial property portfolio including all aspects of lease administration (negotiations, assignments, sub leases, renewals, rent reviews)
- Developing and managing strong professional tenant relationships
- Managing and developing junior team members
- Providing input and preparing reports to support executive reporting
- Actively reviewing new tenant opportunities and curating tenant mix decisions
- Working with senior leaders and peers on strategic property issues
- Adept at working with a range of legal documentation
- Contributing to organisational financial performance

Requirements

- Strong systems capabilities including Microsoft Office applications and property management systems
- Current relevant industry qualifications and registrations
