About your new role

The Assistant Director, Cultural Safety Learning leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of tailored learning and capability development initiatives designed to foster cultural safety and improve service access for First Nations communities.



Responsible for overseeing both facilitated and self-administered training programmes, the role advocates for responsive, strengths-based approaches that align with First Nations contexts rather than relying on one-size-fits-all corporate frameworks. The position provides high-level policy and strategic advice to senior executives through complex documentation like Ministerial briefs and committee papers, whilst actively managing enterprise risks, project milestones, and programme evaluation.
