Territory Manager

Territory Manager role in Sydney with base salary information included: Base Salary: $130K + super + $11.5K car allowance. OTE: $160K+ with uncapped commissions. On-Call Compensation: $300 for every weekend worked (1 in 3).

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver sales growth through execution of company strategy.
- Educate, train, and support customers to drive substitution and loyalty growth.
- Drive product launches and promotions.
- Report and provide information to key decision-makers regarding ongoing performance.
- Identify opportunities for retail pharmacies to adopt programs offered by the company.
- Support the pharmacy to drive engagement with the program through training and performance reporting.




- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.

About You

- Proven experience in sales — ideally within medical devices, healthcare, or related industries.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Robust commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
