Healius is seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist to lead the day-to-day operations of a satellite laboratory in Sale. You will drive high standards of accuracy and efficiency, overseeing staff, workflows and quality systems to deliver diagnostic services.
You will manage resources, ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with Pathologists to implement new testing methodologies while maintaining a safe work workplace and strong stakeholder relationships.
