Padua College Mornington Peninsula seeks an Assistant Head of Campus – Learning and Pedagogy for Year 7-9. This 3-year tenured position combines leadership with an ongoing teaching appointment.

The role drives curriculum development, pedagogy and high-impact teaching across the Campus, reporting to the Head of Campus and aligned with MACS and Padua’s Instructional Model. Salary is per MACS scales; applications close 19 October 2026.
