CoAbility is seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to manage a Level 2 and Level 3 caseload from Melbourne’s South East. The role is primarily work from home with occasional face-to-face meetings, based around Oakleigh in the south-east of Melbourne.
You will turn plans into progress, keeping participants in the driver’s seat while building capacity, and connecting with providers to negotiate service agreements. A robust NDIS background and affirming practice are essential.
