The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and people‑focused Sales Qualified to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in enrolling new members into the Academy, supporting them through their early journey, and ensuring they stay engaged and successful.This role is more than just hitting numbers – it’s about building trust, creating lasting relationships, and making sure every member feels part of a thriving community.

What You’ll Be Doing





- Drive Results – Meet and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets.
- Generate Opportunities – Proactively identify new business through lead generation, referrals, and follow‑ups.
- Close with Confidence – Convert prospects into paying members, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Manage Your Pipeline – Keep your sales pipeline up to date in HubSpot and track progress across the sales funnel.
- Support Retention – Build relationships with existing members and identify upsell opportunities.
- Onboard New Members – Provide personalised guidance and light‑touch engagement during the first three months.
