Job Description

- End-to-end payroll processing across multiple pay cycles (Employment Hero)
- Management of onboarding and offboarding payroll activities
- Interpretation of Awards, leave entitlements, PAYG, superannuation and payroll tax obligations
- Payroll reconciliations,



month-end reporting and variance analysis
- Payroll audits, compliance reviews and data integrity checks
- Maintenance and optimisation of payroll systems
- Partnering with Operations to support workforce planning and rostering alignment
- Identifying and implementing payroll automation and process improvement initiatives
- Supporting audit requirements and statutory reporting obligations

The Successful Applicant

- Strong knowledge of Awards, payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience managing payroll reconciliations and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A continuous improvement mindset and an interest in leveraging technology to improve payroll processes
