Flavorite is Australia’s largest glasshouse producer of fresh, premium produce. The Production Supervisor will oversee packing operations, lead a team, and ensure safety, quality, and effective output across packing and production areas.
You will work closely with the Production Manager to manage day-to-day operations, coach staff, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of safety and teamwork across our busy facilities.
