The San Telmo Group is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations at San Telmo Brisbane. You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain food quality, consistency and team development in a high-volume, Argentinian-inspired kitchen.

This full time role offers a clear path to leadership within an established hospitality group, with a focus on premium produce, training and progression opportunities across six venues in Melbourne and Brisbane.
