The Opportunity:

We are on the hunt for a full-time permanent inside Sales Representative tojoin our high performing Inside Sales Team at our Eagle Farm office. If you are reliable, driven, customer-focused and enjoy dealing with people on a daily basis, WE WANT YOU!

You will work closely with our customers, customer service and the wider sales team to ensure enquiries are nurtured and customers' needs are met to meet your monthly revenue target. Your main objective will be tofacilitate the sales process to ensure our customers have the best airflow solution to meet their needs.

No cold calling is required - our customers know us and love the brand!

Uncapped commissions paid MONTHLY- in addition to base salary

Working hours will be Monday to Friday (no weekends!) and free on-site parking.

We are looking for someone who is:

Excellent organization and time management skills

Customer Focused -Providing the best possible service over the phone

Strong people & communication skillswith the ability to build rapport and influence customers

Proficiency in CRM systems or a willingness to learn (salesforce, G-suite)

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Previous experience in sales or sales support is highly regarded





Ability to work both independently and as part of a high performing team
