Optimum Health General Practice is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Registered Nurse to join our team in the role of Practice Nurse. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Key responsibilities

Use Best Practice software

Health assessments/Care plans/and other assessments

Treatment Room Management

Childhood and Travel immunisations

Daily stock count and supply replenishment

General admin clinic duties

ECG, ABI, Spirometry, Iron Infusions, Wound Dressing and helping with basic procedures

Triaging of patients

Understanding cold chain

About you

Fully registered nurse with AHPRA

Insured for own practice indemnity





Current CPR Certificate and Working with Children's Check

Immunisation for registered nurses' certificate / knowledge of childhood vaccination, catch up vaccination, travel vaccination

A caring and team-oriented approach to patient care

A sense of urgency, compassion and professionalism

Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills

Courteous and well-groomed with a professional manner

Practice Nurse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
