About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Off-site Supervisor to provide leadership to our contract site in Maddington. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating transport logistics and ensuring efficient scheduling to meet client requirements. You will play a key role in driving performance, coordinating deliveries and maintaining high safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day offsite operations
- Plan and manage transport logistics and scheduling of vehicles and personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
- Monitor performance, identify improvements, and implement solutions
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as required
About You
- Demonstrated experience in transport and scheduling operations
- Previous experience managing a team
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Effective leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Commitment to safety and operational excellence
