Hatch is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on first- and second-line IT support across staff, devices and workplace technology at our Fulfilment Centre in Yennora and HQ in Barangaroo. You will diagnose incidents, manage assets and maintain documentation, while collaborating with internal tech teams and suppliers.
The role is office-based, five days a week, with travel between hub locations. Candidates should have 1–3 years in IT support and solid communication skills.
