Based in Geelong and reporting to the General Manager Sustainability, you will coordinate the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of forest management systems that maintain Responsible Wood and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification while supporting operational excellence and sustainable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate and maintain forest management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with certification, environmental, safety, and legislative requirements.
- Monitor changes to relevant standards and communicate impacts across the business.
- Coordinate internal and external certification audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain certified product accounts and assist with certification claims.
- Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and environmental performance improvements.
- Develop reports, presentations, and sustainability-related documentation.
- Contribute to environmental and sustainability reporting requirements.
- Engage with regulators, auditors, industry groups,



and internal stakeholders on certification and forest management matters.
- Train and support employees in the effective use of forest management systems.

About you

- Experience with management systems, auditing, compliance, or certification programs.
- Knowledge of forestry, environmental, or sustainability practices.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and influence positive outcomes across teams.
- Proactive and collaborative professional with experience in forestry, environmental management, sustainability, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
