In this role, you will be empowered to own the performance of the health club—driving member retention, leading a dedicated team of instructors and trainers, and ensuring an exceptional standard of member experience every day.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Excellence: Manage daily gym floor operations, ensuring strict standards of hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and roster gym floor instructors and personal trainers to deliver outstanding service and results.
- Member Retention & Experience: Build a vibrant, inclusive fitness community through high-touch member engagement, effective onboarding, and active feedback management.
- Commercial Performance: Drive health club revenue streams, monitor membership growth and retention KPIs,



and manage operational costs.
- Programming & Quality Control: Oversee member fitness programs, consultations, and gym floor activations in line with broader site strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Fitness Qualification: Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness.
- Core Certifications: Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009) qualifications.
- Clearances: Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) for NSW (Employee status).
- Track Record: Minimum 2 years of experience in gym management, floor supervision, or team leadership within the fitness/leisure sector.
- Professional Standards: Registration with AUSactive (or eligibility to register) is highly regarded.
