An established specialist underwriter is looking to add an Underwriter or Senior Underwriter to its growing team.

The Role

- Assess and underwrite commercial risks in line with underwriting guidelines and appetite.
- Review submissions, assess exposures and negotiate appropriate terms and conditions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers through phone and face-to-face engagement.
- Manage referrals, renewals and new business opportunities.
- Contribute to portfolio growth and continuous improvement.

About You

- Approximately 2–4+ years' underwriting experience,



depending on the level of the role.
- Strong technical knowledge of risk assessment, policy wordings and terms and conditions.
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in developing your career.
