About this opportunity:

ICC Sydney are looking for a passionate and experienced Event Delivery Supervisor to join our world-class team.



No two days will be the same while you empower our team to deliver extraordinary service for a multitude of events across our venues. This role will be stationed at the Cutaway but will still work across both ICC Sydney and The Cutaway depending on business needs.

Our ideal candidate is a confident operational leader with a proven track record in supporting the delivering of large and complex events, from bump in to bump out within large scale events venues.

You should possess a passion and deep understanding of all aspects of event operations, including food and beverage delivery, logistics coordination, security, risk, and safety and proven success in managing complex operations with onsite execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, to create relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, assisting in the delivery of world class events.

In this role, you will:

- Coordinate and deliver event operations, including food and beverage service, venue readiness, logistics and loading dock activities, ensuring seamless event delivery and compliance with ICC Sydney policies, procedures and service standards.
- Act as the key point of contact and escalation for clients and stakeholders during event tenancy, ensuring all service requests, operational needs, and issues are resolved efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large, diverse team across event operations and food & beverage services, fostering a high-performance culture focused on service excellence and accountability.
- Oversee coordination with internal departments including logistics, technical services, and hospitality to ensure seamless, end-to-end event delivery.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing and maintaining best-in-class standards in client service and guest experience, reinforcing ICC Sydney’s reputation as a premium event destination.
