MEC in Brisbane is seeking an experienced People & Culture qualified for a 12-month parental leave contract, four days per week. You will lead the P&C; function, spanning recruitment, ER, performance, development, engagement, retention and remuneration.
You’ll work closely with the Executive and Management teams to sustain momentum and deliver on established priorities. You’ll join an established P&C; function with a clear strategy, strong foundations and ongoing initiatives.
