DCC Industry Group is seeking a dedicated leader to support day-to-day residential program operations and develop practice with youth workers in our care. You will work with the Case Manager to implement structure, deliver on-floor floor support, and guide trauma-informed care for young people.

The role includes supervising staff, coordinating rosters, inductions, and supervision, while ensuring solid communication with the Case Manager and stakeholders across programs.
