Blue Mountain Hotel in Toowoomba, QLD is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy, high-volume kitchen and a skilled brigade across daily dining and major functions. You will be hands-on, drive quality, and partner with the Venue Manager to ensure menus hit the pass with excellence.

You will mentor your team, uphold food safety standards, and maintain the link between kitchen and FOH to deliver consistent, crowd-pleasing dishes every service.
