Our client is seeking a hands‑on Food & Beverage Manager to take complete operational command across all F&B; outlets. Balancing visible floor leadership with sharp commercial acumen, you will work closely alongside the General Manager and the Executive Chef to align service execution, wine programs, and departmental profitability.

This position is ideal for a proven multi‑outlet or hotel F&B; Manager seeking long‑term stability, strong peer backing, and group pathways into property leadership.

- Minimum 2 years of F&B; Manager experience within a luxury hotel or multi‑outlet estate venue
- Commercially sharp operator with strong P&L;, stock control, roster optimisation
- Immaculate presentation with a sophisticated, charismatic approach to guest experience and wine-driven dining

About the Role





As Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll take charge of the entire dining experience, leading and inspiring a high‑performing team to deliver top‑tier service. With a hands‑on approach, you’ll craft exceptional guest moments, enhance operational efficiencies, and set new benchmarks for excellence.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Leading a high‑performing team and creating a warm restaurant culture.
- Managing F&B; operations, including reservations, service flow, and quality control.
- Driving revenue and profitability while upholding premium dining standards.
- Developing innovative service offerings and enhancing the food and beverage experience.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Overseeing workforce planning, including rostering and staffing.
- Managing recruitment, training, and development of front-of-house staff.
- Implementing efficient scheduling and payroll management to optimise labour costs.
- Monitoring team performance and conducting regular evaluations.
