About the Role

As a Registered Migration Agent, you will manage a diverse caseload of migration matters, providing professional advice and support to clients throughout the visa application process. You will work closely with employers, migrants, and internal team members to deliver high-quality migration services and achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide migration advice across a range of visa subclasses, including skilled, employer-sponsored, partner, and permanent residency pathways.
- Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable visa options.
- Prepare, review, and lodge visa and sponsorship applications.
- Communicate with clients, employers,



and government departments throughout the application process.
- Monitor legislative and policy changes, ensuring advice remains accurate and compliant.
- Maintain detailed client records and case management notes.
- Respond to client enquiries in a timely and qualified manner.
- Contribute to process improvements and team knowledge sharing.

About You

- Current registration as a Migration Agent in Australia.
- Strong knowledge of Australian migration legislation, policy, and procedures.
- Experience managing employer-sponsored visa applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
- A client-focused approach with a genuine desire to help people achieve their migration goals.
- Experience using Migration Manager (desirable).
