Respect Aged Care is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead clinical and operational delivery at Wellington Views in Old Beach, Hobart. You will oversee registered nurses, enrolled nurses and personal carers to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

This full time role requires a Bachelor of Nursing, current AHPRA registration, and a strong background in residential aged care; you'll drive standards, budgets and safe practices in a supportive, not-for-profit environment.
