Hello Molly is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our Marketing team and drive the performance of our global paid social channels, with a robust focus on Meta and TikTok. You will own day-to-day campaigns, optimise budgets and creatives, test concepts, and report insights to inform strategy in collaboration with our CMO, Digital Performance Manager, and agency partners.

Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Shopify or TikTok Shop is a bonus as you help scale campaigns and stay ahead of platform
