Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in North Sydney, New South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the retail store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff training and development.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the retail store operation to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor sales performance against targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Develop strategies to increase sales revenue through effective merchandising techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in the store.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field would be an added advantage.

Salary Range:

- Between $80,000 and $150,000 depending on experience level.

About the Role:

The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, inspiring and developing their team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and building strong relationships within the local dance community. Based at our Energetiks store in Croydon NSW, this is a hands-on, customer-facing leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain a high level of customer service and workplace culture
- Coach, develop and motivate your team
- Drive store performance and growth to achieve KPIs
- Build strong relationships with local dance schools, teachers and community
- Office administration, rostering, planning and reporting
- Ensure a proactive approach to store operations, stock management and presentation

What You’ll Bring:

- Availability to work full time on both weekdays and weekends
- A background in dance, including previous experience with classical ballet
- Confident leading people and decision-making, management experience preferred
- Strong administrative skills and confidence with computer systems
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- An enthusiastic, positive and customer focused approach with a genuine passion for dance
