Residential Building Company Seeking a Contract Maintenance and Defects Handyman
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Maintenance and Defects Handyman to join our expanding team to service the Wagga Wagga and Tumut region.
This person will be responsible for managing all post-handover maintenance and warranty activities across the business. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role ensures defects and maintenance works are resolved efficiently and to display-home quality standard.
We want someone who can demonstrate strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, sound decision-making, and a proactive approach to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
Must have ABN and own insurances as this is a contract position.
Key Responsibilities
