Job Summary
In this role you will support the sales team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth sales operations. In an AV distribution environment, this role plays a key part in managing our B2B process. Including order processing, customer communication, technical assistance, product information, quotes, pricing, and logistics across a portfolio of amazing AV products and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
Workingwithoursalesandproductmanagers, duties may include but are but not limited to:
Identify pain points or issues with orders and escalateto solve problems
Assistwholesalecustomers with order and product enquiries
Liaisewithandsupportourfieldsalesteam
Manage and move stock between warehouse locations
Booking couriers and coordinate with warehouse teams
Desirable qualities, skills, and experience
Experience in a similar role in the A/V industry will be highly regarded
Strong communication skills both over the phone and via email
ExperiencewithMicrosoftOffice applications such as Outlook, TEAMS & Excel
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Willingness to take initiative and get “hands on” with our product
