What We're Looking For

You’ll have at least 1 year of hands-on SEO experience, preferable in a digital marketing agency , with a sound understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices.

You’ll be comfortable working across multiple client campaigns , following established processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and taking ownership of your work.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn and genuinely passionate about SEO .

Skills & Experience

Essential requirements:

- SEO Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency.

- SEO Fundamentals: Robust understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page optimisation, off-page SEO and technical SEO fundamentals.

- SEO Tools: Hands-on experience using tools such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Screaming Frog.

- Website Technologies: Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress and cPanel.





- Campaign Management: Experience working across multiple SEO campaigns and managing competing priorities.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical improvements.

- Attention to Detail: Excellent organisational skills and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.

- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Teamwork: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

As an SEO Specialist, you’ll be responsible for implementing and optimising SEO strategies across a diverse portfolio of client websites , helping improve their search visibility, organic traffic and overall campaign performance.

SEO Strategy & Implementation

- SEO Campaign Management: Manage and execute SEO campaigns across multiple client accounts, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with campaign objectives.

- Keyword & Competitor Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improving search visibility and organic traffic.

- On-Page Optimisation: Optimise page titles, meta descriptions, headings, website content, internal linking and site structure.

- Technical SEO: Identify and implement technical improvements to enhance website crawlability, indexability and overall search engine performance.

- Website Audits: Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, following established processes and detailed checklists to identify and address issues.

- Off-Page SEO: Analyse website authority profiles and implement effective off-page optimisation and authority-building strategies.

- Analytics & Tracking: Configure, monitor and evaluate website performance and conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, competitor activity and other key performance indicators, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.





- Website Migrations: Assist with SEO planning and recommendations for website redesigns, migrations and new website launches.

- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates, emerging SEO trends and industry best practices.

Client Communication & Reporting

- Monthly Reporting: Analyse SEO campaign performance and contribute to the preparation of accurate, insightful monthly client reports.

- SEO Recommendations: Provide practical, data-driven recommendations aligned with client objectives.

- Client Communication: Liaise with clients via email and telephone to address campaign-related enquiries, provide updates, resolve issues and deliver ongoing support.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and clients receive a consistently high standard of service.
