High-End Residential Carpentry | Consistent Pipeline of Work

We’re looking for experienced Residential Carpenters to join Labourly, working across Melbourne’s best architectural and custom-home projects. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy being part of a tight, reliable crew, this one’s for you.

The Work

You’ll be working across a range of residential projects including:

- Framing, lock-up & fix
- Cladding (timber, composite, specialty materials)
- Decking & outdoor structures
- Internal fit-offs & detailed carpentry
- Renovations, extensions & architectural builds
- Reading plans & liaising with site supervisors

Our clients run professional, well-organised sites with a strong focus on safety, quality and timelines.

What You Need

- Cert III in Carpentry (or equivalent experience)
- Own tools + reliable transport
- Strong residential experience (minimum 2 qualified)
- Positive work ethic and ability to work independently




- White Card
- Ability to work well with clients, site supervisors & other trades
- Reliability - we seriously value people who show up and take pride in their work
