ACCORD CARE serves participants with SIL, in-home care and disability supports across NDIS. We seek a reliable Disability Support Worker for a Redbank Plains-based participant with diabetes, mental health needs and behaviours of concern. You will monitor BGL, administer insulin, and follow care plans with a compassionate, person-centred approach.

The role requires sleepovers and a mix of morning/afternoon shifts; nursing experience is valued and training will be provided where needed.
