We are currently seeking a Wholesale Vehicle Buyer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland.

The Applicant must have a proven track record in purchasing vehicles from a variety of sources. This position requires a self-motivated individual with automotive experience.

This position is ideally suited for an eager and positive person who wishes to establish a professional career within an established and high volume Auction.

Duties will include:

- Liaising with purchasing agents and customers on wholesale matters.
- Purchasing vehicles from a variety of sources, carrying out appraisals/ valuations.
- Maintaining a sound knowledge of trade and retail vehicle prices.

To succeed in this role,



you will need the following:

- Self-Motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Previous experience working in the automotive industry
- Experience in vehicle sales, automotive wholesale, vehicle auctions, or car dealership operations
- Mechanical knowledge/background is ideal
- Working knowledge of the wholesale vehicle market
- Ability to negotiate with Private Buyers
- Maintain relationships with trade buyers for disposal of unwanted stock
- Good time Management Skills
