About the Role:

As a Customer Success Specialist , you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, helping clients get the most out of our products while identifying opportunities to grow the business. You’ll be the go-to person for your clients, whether it’s responding to enquiries, providing product advice, or preparing quotes.

Some of the accountabilities you will focus on include:

- Managing a portfolio of accounts, building solid relationships and understanding client needs
- Identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities and work with the sales team to action them
- Responding to inbound enquiries and convert them into sales or meaningful conversations
- Keeping the CRM and SAP systems up-to-date with client activity and sales progress

Who You Are:





- Experience in customer service, internal sales or account management
- Confident and outgoing, you love picking up the phone and meeting new people
- Organised and detail-oriented, you can juggle CRM updates, quotes, and client follow-ups with ease
- Curious and proactive, you spot opportunities, suggest improvements, and make things happen
- A team player, you support your colleagues while also owning your portfolio
