We currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced Forklift Driver / Factory Operator to join our dynamic and supportive team.

This is a rare hybrid role with approximately 40% forklift duties / 60% factory operator.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day business, with a focus on the timber machining department, inwards goods, and stock control .

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience as a counterbalance forklift driver (licence required)
- Robust ability to count, manage, and control stock
- Assisting with production and assembly tasks.

- Explicit and effective communication skills




- Ability to manage workloads and timelines efficiently
- Strong focus on workplace safety
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
- Experience handling veneer board and timber (advantageous but not essential)
- Prior experience in a similar industry (advantageous but not essential)
